So I am disabled due to my health conditions, which you know if you have read anything I have written. They cause many other problems and issues with my body. Take fibromyalgia I don't just have fibromyalgia, I have gastrointestinal problems, fibro fog, and memory problems, I am constantly itchy, and I am sure there is more but I can't think of it now. If these problems are not 100% caused by the fibro, it at least aggravates them. So I like many others have turned to solutions to help with these problems.

I do take medications but that is not what I am talking about with this post. I want to talk about products that I have purchased that actually help me! None of this is sponsored.

The first product that saves my life on an almost daily basis is my heating pad. My muscled cramp like the dickens from my fibro and I swear that if I could wear a heating pad I would! Oh my gosh, this thing helps me. I got an extra-long one so it covers more area. (Not the one pictured I bought a new one)

Speaking of muscle cramping I am using Theraworx Foam. They also have a spray. I am using this a minimum of when I get up and at bedtime. This stuff is helping my muscle cramping so much. Before using it my muscles literally cramped every second of every day. They might still be cramping but this stuff numbs you a little and I don't feel it if I am cramping.

I have sleeping problems with my fibro and my pain. I take 5 mg of melatonin and it helps me so much! You might start with a small dose like 3 mg. You can go up to 10mg but that is a lot. Technically this is a medication but it helps.

I have pain with touch aka tactile allodynia and sometimes just wearing clothing hurts. I have found these tank tops by Terra & Sky are so soft and it helps wearing soft clothes, I have found that having soft clothing is the best. I won't wear restrictive clothing anymore.

I have started using DoTerra oils and the one that helps me the most is Past Tense. It helps my muscles relax a little, and it helps me fall asleep actually. I am not 100% sure how it works but my sister-in-law sells it and it is helping so I buy it!

I have been using Peppermint DoTerra oil for my nausea. Peppermint is an natural anti-nausea thing, so I use the oil and if it gets bad I have some peppermint candy on hand.

I have also purchased an adjustable bed and it has made a huge difference for me when my knee hurts or my gout swells up my ankles. I am able to easily raise my bed and elevate my feet. It also helps when my heartburn is bad. I can raise my head.

So what helps you on the days you are struggling with health or pain? Let me know in the comments!
