When you are in pain, have multiple medical conditions and have a generally sucky life with meds, appointments and you are just trying to keep your head afloat, trying to distract yourself is a big deal.
I know one of the things we are always talking about in my fibro Facebook groups is ways to take your mind off the pain or distraction techniques.
Something that I really like about this website that I found is I can play all sorts of games on my computer and IT's FREE!! Yup I can play card games, logic puzzles, hidden objects, solitaire and more!!
I have to say that I love being able to give all my pain, worries and problems to the universe and push that all aside to play some good online games that don't cost me anything! Some of my absolute favorite childhood games have a version on here. Like Tetris....who didn't love Tetris in the 90's? They have a version called Tetra Blocks on here. It is seriously just like the brand name game!
We are talking you use the up, down, left and right arrows on your keypad to move the pieces and rotate them...It brings me such great joy to be able to play this game.
Do you like Hidden Object Games? They have that too!!
I love to be able to play games, turn my brain off and just have some time to myslef. How do you unwind? Do you like crossword games? They have it...and I love how the words turn green if you got it right! Makes it so easy to tell if you have the word correct.
Do you play Mahjong? I never really have..but I did with this website! I plan to play so much more! Are you good at it? Give me some tips because I am not so good.
